Refunds & Cancellation Policy — Harsh Institute of Excellence

Assessment Fee: Non-refundable once the assessment link has been
activated.

Counselling Session Fee:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session
are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are
non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
